If your goods were received damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Sierra Energy Products will instruct you on return procedures for the damaged product and ship replacements of damaged goods as appropriate.
Goods may be returned to Sierra Energy Products for any reason within 30 days from invoice date. Secure a Returned Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number by contacting our Customer Service department through E-mail at (custservice@sierraenergyproducts.com) or fax us at 1-925-935-8222. Let us know that this is a request for an RMA under the “risk-free” purchase plan. Please include your name, address, city, state, zipcode, a daytime contact number and E-mail address. Also include the order/invoice number. In addition, let us know why you would like to return the product. If you just changed your mind, let us know. If the product did not meet your expectations, let us know the reason.
After you receive your RMA, send the product to:

Clearly mark the RMA on the return packaging (outside of packing and inside with product).
NOTE: All products returned under the 30 day "risk-free" purchase plan must be returned in an as-new condition with all packaging materials, and instruction sheets. If materials are missing a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Apply for Returned Merchandise Authorization number as outlined above. Cite 90 day warrantee as the reason for return. I would be helpful if you would cite the failure of the unit, it may be something that can easily be corrected.
After receipt of the RMA return the goods to the Sierra Energy Products as above. Please include a note with telling us if you want a refund, or a new product. Materials such as sales packaging or operating manuals are not required for product refund or replacement.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you ship all return packages via UPS or the US Postal Services’ insured mail. Addresses for return goods should be capable of receiving packages.
